    • For cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled ride, no cancellation fee will be charged.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up may incur a nominal cancellation fee.
    • Last-minute cancellations due to emergencies will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we encourage contacting our support team promptly.

    Refund Policy

    • Refunds will be processed for prepaid rides in case of cancellations according to the cancellation timing.
    • If a booking is cancelled due to service unavailability or operational issues, a full refund will be issued immediately.
    • Refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account.
